John Blakeley has spent more than 25 years building and shaping marketing and sales teams in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. Prior to joining CRF Health he was Chief Commercial Officer for Greenphire, leading the development of a commercial organization which sought to change the way in which the Life Sciences industry manages payments to clinical research sites and clinical trial participants. Prior to that John spent 10 years at ERT, the industry leading ECG Core laboratory, where he played a key role in shaping the business beyond its traditional markets to include new products and service offerings resulting in growth of over 1000% during his tenure.
John’s role at CRF Health is to build and shape the commercial organization to fit the needs of our clients and the business in a way that creates strong business partnerships and long term sustainable growth.

Susan is a chartered accountant with over 25 years’ experience in a range of organisations from UK blue chip companies to life science start-ups. She has been the CFO in several listed entities and has experience of working with a number of PE houses. Susan has acted as the Finance lead for acquisitions, disposals, IPO, debt restructuring, funding and private placement of debt.
She has a passion for demonstrating that the Finance function can deliver tangible value to the business.
