1. Each weekday & weekend ticket includes 2 Game Vouchers and each special day ticket includes 5 Game Vouchers.

2. Tickets sold are non-refundable nor returnable.

3. You can purchase admission ticket through the following channels:

Online ticketing channel. Please click on online ticket at Home page to proceed.
Event Venue: Viva Expo Hall. Ticket counter at the venue opens at 10.00 a.m. – 9.00 p.m. (19th Dec 2015 – 19th Jan 2016)

4. For online ticketing purchase, please present the gift certificate at the venue to redeem the ticket for admission.

5. The event implements crowd control. Tickets admission is subject to availability. It is advised that visitors to purchase the ticket as earliest as you can.

6. Complimentary ticket is only entitled for Normal Day : weekday or weekend entry. Please refer to the ticket for information.

7. All complimentary tickets are not entitled for any door gift redemption.

1. Sold Game Voucher is non- refundable or exchangeable.

2. Sold Game Voucher is valid within the event period but visitors is required to purchase admission for each entry.

3. Visitor is required to purchase Game Voucher to enter designated interactive zones.

4. Visitors can only use one Game Voucher per visit at the interactive zone. Each Game Voucher is eligible for one interactive zone only.

5. Prizes of interactive zones are non-refundable or exchangeable.
